yeety is a plain text note-taking application that allows you to transfer text between devices using temporary share codes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

You retain ownership of all content you create. We do not claim any rights to your notes. By using the share feature, you authorize us to store and transmit your encrypted content.
Free tier: Shared notes expire after 24 hours and are permanently deleted after 30 days.
Pro tier: Notes are retained indefinitely while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, notes are retained for 30 days before deletion.
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.
We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email (if applicable) or prominent notice on the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
